The Customer Satisfaction Manager is a database product that is specifically designed to assist you when planning, designing and issuing customer satisfaction surveys, entering and compiling the results of the surveys, distributing analysis reports resulting from the surveys and following up on opportunities for improvement.  This program enables you to easily create many management reports and unique statistical graphs that contain valuable data. This data constitute a helpful tool to assist your organization in improving its ability to accurately measure and analyze customer satisfaction.

In addition, a single management summary report that includes all of these graphics in one single report document can be printed or sent directly to multiple managers via email.

 

Add, Edit or Delete Program Variables

The Customer Satisfaction Manager program contains a number of individual default values that are provided in drop-down lists throughout the program to make data entry faster and simpler.  For example, if you needed to provide the Country where an auditee resides, a drop-down list containing hundreds of countries (options) is provided for you to choose from.  We call these type of values variables.  As the options for these variables will vary from one organization to another and flexibility is very important, the Customer Satisfaction Manager has been designed to allow you to Add, Edit or Delete any of the default options provided for numerous variables.  Examples of variables that you can choose to modify options for as you see fit include:

The Customer Satisfaction Manager can be quickly and easily customized to suit your organization by inserting your corporate logo using just a few keystrokes.  Your logo will then be present on all screens, forms and reports generated.  Other features include a few quality-oriented word games for your amusement and a Terms and Definitions feature that contains 590 quality-related terms and definitions; however, you can add, modify or delete a specific term and its definition as required.
