Generates Statistical Analysis Graphs Based on the data that you enter in the 5 process steps outlined above, the eight pre-designed graphs outlined below are automatically created by the program which you can view, print, save or distribute by email.

Add, Edit or Delete Program Variables The Customer Satisfaction Manager program contains a number of individual default values that are provided in drop-down lists throughout the program to make data entry faster and simpler. For example, if you needed to provide the Country where an auditee resides, a drop-down list containing hundreds of countries (options) is provided for you to choose from. We call these type of values variables.
