With this package you receive a Supplier Quality Questionnaire, two (2) Pre-Award Quality Surveys, four (4) Quality Audit Checklists to evaluate systems to ISO 9001, 9002, and 9003:1994 and 9001:2000, four (4) Corrective Action Requests used in unison with the Quality Audit Checklists, an Internal Quality Audit Procedure, an External Quality Audit Procedure and, finally, a uniquely designed Purchasing document which contains the recommended quality requirements for various categories of suppliers.

All documents are available in either Word or WordPerfect format and can be easily customized by following the User Guide included.
