Generally speaking, the success of an organization often depends heavily on how well their suppliers perform. If everything goes well, the end result can be substantial cost savings all around and increased customer satisfaction. But if your suppliers do not have the capability to meet all of the contractual obligations, the results can be devastating both to your organization's reputation and your customers confidence in your ability to successfully handle future contracts. This is why many organizations are now taking the proactive approach of having RNM Quality Consultants Inc. conduct third-party audits on their suppliers to verify that they have the capabilities to meet the contractual requirements while maintaining compliance to all quality and regulatory requirements to avoid any unexpected problems in the future.
Planning and Preparation To ensure a smooth and successful audit of each supplier, RNM will plan and schedule all of the audits that you assign to us. As part of the preparation phase, we will also develop the system audit checklists required based on your existing contract(s) with each of the suppliers and include any specific requirements that are to be met by the suppliers' organization.
